This casing has a natural curve and is suitable for bury black pudding.
Width is approx. 40-43mm per hank and 1m in length.
Cured in salt before dispatch and require rinsing and soaking for at least 20 mins in warm water before use.
Remains can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 months.
These Uruguayan casings are of Grade A quality and have a long shelf life.
