  • A traditional blend of herbs and spices containing everything you need to make your own black pudding – just add meat and water!
  • Add 750g black pudding mix to 1kg minced fat and/or suet.
  • Add 875ml hot water and mix till a sulrry is formed, leave this stand to cool (this firms the mixture up)
  • Fill into black pudding casings and cook.
  • To cook: cover in boiling water and cook for approximately 50-60 minutes.
